I’m not going to come at you this Saturday with anything heavy, and actually, I’m not giving you any links. Rather, I’m coming to you from the heart and reminding you that weekends are supposed to be times we recharge and have fun. Yes, I realize that sometimes we need to work on weekends (hello, I’m writing this at 11:00 p.m. Friday night), but whenever possible, weekends are also meant to be relaxing. And enjoyable.
So, if you get nothing else from this newsletter, please try to slow down just a bit this weekend and do something you truly enjoy. Something meaningful to you.
One thing I enjoy is getting together with my family, and that happened tonight. It had been too long since all of my siblings and spouses & niece and nephew were together, so it was great to “have the gang back together.”
Family is good for the soul. ❤️
